I’ve been using Mizon Snail Repair Intense BB Cream SPF50+ PA+++ for about 1 month (almost 1 month). This is what I think about it now! 🙂

So I’ve been searching for a new bb cream. The one I usually use is Dr Jart+ Silver Label BB Cream. I sometimes use Skin79 Super Plus Beblesh Balm Triple Function Orange BB Cream too. I currently have 3 bb creams that I use. Some days I mix them, and some days I use them individually. I layer them sometimes too. It depends what my skin needs. They’re all different in texture, shade, coverage, and so on. I’ll do reviews on Dr Jart+ and Skin79 some other time. Today, I’m going to do a review on Mizon Snail Repair Intense BB Cream SPF50+ PA+++. 😊

First things first, did this bb cream break me out? So far, it hasn’t clogged my pores. Yay! As for the shade (#21), I’m having issues with it. It’s a tad dark on me. Not by a lot though. Just a little bit. I wish they offered more variety of shades to choose from. But bb creams tend to come in only a limited number of shades. I wish there were more options to choose from that’s all. If you have used Skin79 BB Cream (Orange) before, the shade of Mizon is very similar to it, except Mizon has subtle yellow undertones, while Skin79 has slightly stronger yellow undertones. Mizon is thinner in consistency, while Skin79 is a bit thicker in texture. Since Mizon is thinner, coverage isn’t that great. As I said in my first review, it has light-medium coverage. It leans towards the light side. It starts to look cakey on the skin when layering it on. I tried it so many times, and I didn’t like the way it made my skin look. It’s also a ‘drier’ bb cream. It leaves the skin matte, so it’s good for oily skin. Even though I do have oily skin, my skin gets dry from acne treatments. What happens is that the bb cream accentuates the dryness and flakes. Not a good look. 😒 This bb cream also doesn’t glide on the skin effortlessly and smoothly. I have to pat it into my skin to blend it into my skin without tugging my skin. I mentioned this before. From my experience, I don’t think I’m going to purchase it again. Not much about it stands out to me. I’ll continue to look for a bb cream that works for me and is vegan. ✌🏻
