Cos De BAHA BHA & AHA
I decided to add two new skin care products into my skin care routine. The first one is a glycolic acid serum. I’ve been searching for a new glycolic acid serum or lotion ever since I stopped using the AHA+ Lotion (too moisturizing, caused breakouts). I’ve used the Cos De BAHA Glycolic Acid 10 AHA Serum before. I wanted to give it another chance, since my skin is clear, free of acne now. 🙂 More about this serum:
- Helps smooths scars
- Improves skin elasticity
- Stimulates natural collagen
- Improves skin hydration and moisture
- Exfoliates dead skin cells
- Helps to make pores clear
- Helps to remove whiteheads
The next skin care product I have is Cos De BAHA Salicylic Acid BHA 2% Liquid (not sure what happened to the packaging, hopefully the product itself is OK). On the packaging, it doesn’t state what this product does, but it is an acne treatment. BHA is very good for people with oily, acne-prone skin. It exfoliates within the pores. Treats whiteheads and blackheads. Salicylic acid isn’t as effective on my skin compared to benzoyl peroxide, but I’ll give it a go. Hopefully it’ll help cut the oil down a bit. I have lots of that. haha.
Both of these products are vegan and not tested on animals.
