Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Unflavored No Stevia with Coconut Water & Coconut Milk

The very first protein supplement I bought from Garden of Life was the Unflavored. Shown above with Trader Joe’s Coconut Water, Aloe Vera Juice, and So Delicious Dairy Free Coconut Milk. The one in vanilla is really good too! This is my review on it. Check out my introduction to Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Unflavored No Stevia first.

For the Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Unflavored No Stevia, it is what it is. It is unflavored. It is plain, pure, and simple. No Stevia. No Erythritol. 110 calories per serving (one scoop). It has 150 mg of sodium per serving, which is at the low end of the spectrum. Lots of health benefits, such as probiotics, enzymes, a good amount protein to build muscles per serving. Also, being raw, certified vegan, certified gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. This is a pretty basic protein powder. The taste is OK. I can deal with it as long as I blend my protein shake with some fruit. For example, this cool fruit here called a banana.

Once again, bananas!

Once again, bananas!

Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Unflavored is for people that want to reap the benefits while keeping their protein shakes clean and straightforward. With the Unflavored, you can be creative with it! The possibilities are limitless! I would purchase the Unflavored again, but I decided to try out other flavors from the same line, Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein, before I totally commit to it. So, I went out and purchased Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein in Chocolate! Mmmmm!! 🤤👌

Except, it has 70 mg more sodium. 3 g more carbs. 2 g more fiber. 20 more calories per serving. Not bad. They look pretty similar in terms of nutrition. Nothing outrageously different. I’m very excited for this new flavor! What do you guys think?
