I have two flavors of protein bars from Quest to review. They are Birthday Cake and Chocolate Peanut Butter. Let’s begin with the Birthday Cake!
Quest Protein Bar Birthday Cake:
- 180 calories
- 3.5 g saturated fat
- 5 mg cholesterol
- 220 mg sodium
- 24 g carbohydrate (14 g dietary fiber, <1 g total sugars/0 g added sugars, 6 g erythritol)
- 21 g protein
Review on Birthday Cake:
I love desserts in birthday cake. It’s soo good! I really wanted to like this one, but it didn’t work out. It didn’t taste like birthday cake at all. It was gross. I can’t believe something like this exists. I think they need to change the formula of this protein bar. It’s just not edible. I have no desire to eat another bar at all.
Quest Protein Bar Chocolate Peanut Butter:
- 210 calories
- 2.5 g saturated fat
- <5 mg cholesterol
- 190 mg sodium
- 22 g carbohydrate (13 g dietary fiber, 1 g total sugars, 4 g erythritol)
- 20 g protein
Review on Chocolate Peanut Butter:
Tasted like Chocolate Peanut Butter. Nothing too exciting. Is it just me or Quest Protein Bars are really difficult to chew? I noticed this with all of the flavors I’ve tried so far. My gut feeling is telling me to not buy this one again. I’m going to go with it.
It’s a NO for both. I wasn’t impressed.
