Here’s my 1 week update (review) on RoC skin care products!! Let’s start off with the Deep Wrinkle Serum (on the right).

Review on Deep Wrinkle Serum:

I used the Deep Wrinkle Serum in the morning and at night. I loved the texture of the serum. It’s lightweight and absorbs into the skin very well. It blends in effortlessly. It leaves my skin feeling soft, looking smoother, and somewhat hydrated. Yep, it’s not that moisturizing. I noticed a huge difference in my skin within 1 week of using it. But, this serum did cause my skin to break out in tiny little pimples around my chin and forehead area. I noticed tiny little bumps appearing out of nowhere. This could be an initial breakout from the glycolic acid or from other ingredients in the product. I did notice my skin peeling a tad bit too. I’m going to decrease my use of this serum due to the pimples. I don’t want to deal with pimples if I don’t have to. My skin is pretty clear. I want to keep it that way. What I didn’t like about this serum was the fragrance and the packaging. I feel like I’m being ripped off due to the poor, crappy packaging. I won’t purchase again for that reason.

Review on Deep Wrinkle Night Cream:

Like the Deep Wrinkle Serum, the Deep Wrinkle Night Cream contains glycolic acid too. I only used the Deep Wrinkle Night Cream at night (as the name of the product states). Results were pretty similar to the Deep Wrinkle Serum. It just felt drier. The Deep Wrinkle Night Cream comes in better packaging. At least I know how much product I have left. Would I buy it again? No. I have a love-hate relationship with the Deep Wrinkle Night Cream and Serum. I love how they soften my skin, but I don’t want to deal with pimples. I’m aware that glycolic acid can cause an initial breakout. I don’t know if it’s from the glycolic acid or something else in the product. ??‍♀️ I’m not going to bother figuring it out. I’ll just find something else that’s more suitable for my skin type. Also, another reason why I’m not going to purchase these skin care products again is because they are not cruelty-free. RoC is not a cruelty-free brand.

I hope this helped!
