Silicone Exfoliators!

Silicone Exfoliator

I’ve been using Purito Jeju Volcanic Scoria Konjac Sponge to exfoliate my skin. I’ll do a full updated review on it in another post. So I took a day off of using the konjac sponge, since my silicone exfoliators arrived! I’ve used this silicone exfoliator twice (last night and this morning). The pack I purchased contained 5 silicone scrubbies in a variety of colors. Mine came in lavender, mint green, baby blue, yellow, and baby pink. I’m using the lavender one. 🙂 These silicone exfoliators are pliable. Not rough at all. To use this exfoliator, I applied my facial cleanser onto my skin as I usually do. Next, I gently move the silicone exfoliator in circular motions on my face to remove dead skin. I had some dead skin shedding from my face after a facial peel, and I noticed that it removed them pretty well without being harsh. Not bad at all! It helped to remove dead skin cells without being abrasive. It’s very similar to the konjac sponge, except it doesn’t feel soft and squishy on the skin. What’s great about these silicone exfoliators is that they’re easier to clean and sanitize. They’re also portable. I like the results I’m seeing, but I don’t like the way it feels on my skin. Hmmm, maybe I’ll get used to it after using it for some time. I’ll give it a chance. Stay tuned for my next update!
