Drinking Water for Clear Skin. My Results.

I’ve been drinking water consistently for 2 weeks straight. I mean, a lot of water. I would squeeze some lemon or lime in my water for an antioxidant boost. I would add organic raw apple cider vinegar. Make tea. Or, just drink plain ‘ol water to hydrate myself. The more I did it, the easier it became. When I would run out of water, I would refill it whenever possible. Yeah, I went to the bathroom a ton, lol. I do have electrolyte packets too just in case I drink too much water. There is such a thing as too much of something.
Has drinking more water affected my skin? YES! My skin doesn’t feel too dry anymore. It feels and looks supple. It still does have that natural sebum appearance that I’m always trying to get rid of, lol. When I wash my face in the morning and at night, my skin doesn’t feel tight. It looks really nice and hydrated. Keep in mind that I am using skin care products to maintain a clear complexion too. Without them, I don’t think water alone would clear my skin up. My skin is way more difficult than that. Increasing my water intake does help. It’s just a part of being healthy and taking care of yourself from the inside out. š
Also, I’m moving towards to not wearing makeup on a daily basis. I would have a debate if I should wear makeup or not when I’m getting dressed. When I do wear makeup, it just doesn’t feel right on my skin even though it’s a thin layer of makeup. Maybe I’ve grown accustomed to my natural skin. I’ll try to wear makeup again some time next week (maybe, lol). I didn’t mention this, but my hair feels very healthy too. It feels fuller. It could just be an illusion, since my overall health is fantastic! Everything feels so good. HAHA. š
I recommend drinking more water if you’re not. Remember not to overdo it. Stay hydrated. Stay healthy. Stay safe. Good luck! ā

Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Results

Here’s my update on the first bottle of Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. I finished it. š
How did I drink it?
I poured some in my cup of tea, mixed it, and sipped from a straw. I highly recommend sipping from a straw due to the acidity of the organic raw apple cider vinegar.
How many times a day?
Whenever I make tea. I’ve been drinking a lot of tea lately, since it helps to soothe my throat. I have terrible allergies, so it helps to clear out the mucus. I know that sounds gross, but it’s something every person with allergies deal with. I would say about 2-4 times a day depending on my mood. I really like drinking tea. š
Results
Here are my results.
Skin: I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin. It’s been the same. Maybe it’s because my complexion is fully clear. I don’t have any breakouts at the moment. My skin hasn’t been too oily lately either. It’s been good. No difference at all. Perhaps someone with active acne can chime in on this. Did it help your acne? How about acne scars? Share! It didn’t worsen my skin or cause any breakouts in my skin though. That’s good.
Hair: I didn’t use it to cleanse my hair. The smell is just way too strong for me. I don’t want to bother people I’m surrounded with. They’ll start complaining about the pungent vinegar smell, lol. I don’t want to deal with that or have to explain what that smell is/what I’m doing, LOL. I haven’t noticed hair growth or anything like that when consuming it.
Nails: I haven’t tried soaking my nails in ACV. I can see how it can help. It’s supposed to strengthen your nails, fade discolorations, and fights infections.
Digestion: Out of the above, taking in ACV has helped me a ton with digestion. When I eat a big meal in a day, consuming ACV helped break down the food much better. My belly doesn’t feel as ‘fat’. HAHA. I thought that was pretty cool.
Those are my results after the first bottle. I ordered 2 more bottles of organic raw apple cider vinegar already. I purchased 2 because I didn’t know I was going to finish a single bottle this soon. I’m excited for them! I’ll make another update after the 2nd bottle. Stay tuned for that!
