Here’s my updated review on Larabar Cashew Cookie! This bar is cashew galore! It’s nutty and thick. Like before, I didn’t think it was that great. Actually, the second time around, I thought it was awful tasting. There’s not much to rave about this bar. I’ll keep it short and simple. Once again, I wouldn’t recommend Cashew Cookie to anyone. Lastly, watch out for date pits in this bar. I ran into a couple in each bar, but just took a picture of one of them (last photo). They’re hard like rocks, so be very careful and don’t cut yourself!

Yes To Tomatoes Clear Skin Daily Clarifying Cleanser

Here’s my review on Yes To Tomatoes Clear Skin Daily Clarifying Cleanser! If you missed out on my previous post about the facial cleanser, go here. So, I love the idea behind Yes To Tomatoes Clear Skin Daily Clarifying Cleanser. It contains beneficial skin care ingredients, such as tomato, watermelon seed oil, aloe, and red tea. Tomatoes are really good for the skin and health. This facial cleanser is pretty natural compared to other facial cleansers I’ve used in the past. It’s also vegan and cruelty-free! But, did it work for me? Sadly, it did not. Even though the texture of the facial cleanser feels very soft and gentle on the skin, it didn’t leave my skin feeling clean. It left a layer of residue behind. I had to follow-up with another facial cleanser and a toner to make sure my skin was completely free of excess oil, dirt, and debris.

The company claims that this facial cleanser is formulated for oily, acne-prone skin, but I disagree. I have oily, acne-prone skin, and it didn’t work. As I stated above, it didn’t clean my skin good enough. Really, I wanted this facial cleanser to work, since the ingredients looked promising. Don’t be fooled by the photo of tomato slices on the product! Along with not cleaning my skin well, there were no positive changes in my skin. It didn’t brighten my skin. It didn’t keep my skin clear. Nothing. The Yes To Tomatoes Clear Skin Daily Clarifying Cleanser was such a big disappointment! I wouldn’t recommend this facial cleanser to anyone with oily, acne-prone skin. It’s made for normal-dry skin without any skin issues. Still, there are better facial cleansers out there even if you have normal-dry skin. Look elsewhere!
