Here’s my updated review on Larabar Cashew Cookie! This bar is cashew galore! It’s nutty and thick. Like before, I didn’t think it was that great. Actually, the second time around, I thought it was awful tasting. There’s not much to rave about this bar. I’ll keep it short and simple. Once again, I wouldn’t recommend Cashew Cookie to anyone. Lastly, watch out for date pits in this bar. I ran into a couple in each bar, but just took a picture of one of them (last photo). They’re hard like rocks, so be very careful and don’t cut yourself!

Larabars: Cashew Cookie, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Pecan Pie, Carrot Cake

I’m so excited about this! I’m madly falling in love with Larabars because they’re so natural compared to other bars out there. This isn’t a protein bar. It’s a mix of fruit and nuts. It’s great! I’ve been searching for snacks that lean towards the more natural side. This seems to fit pretty well into my daily routine. Today, I’m going to do review on these flavors: Cashew Cookie, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Pecan Pie, and Carrot Cake. All of these bars are Kosher, Vegan, Non-GMO, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free.

#1. Cashew Cookie:

Larabar Cashew Cookie

The Cashew Cookie was so boring and bland like the ingredients. It is made up with only cashews and dates. I would rather buy a bag of cashews, a bag of dates, and mix them up. This bar isn’t worth the buck. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

#2. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip:

I’m going to start off by saying that I’m a huge fan of peanut butter and chocolate chips. That sounds like a GREAT combination! 🙂 This Larabar contains dates, peanuts, chocolate chips, and sea salt. Sadly, the taste didn’t live up to my expectations. I didn’t like it. I’m not going to enjoy finishing the rest of the bars up, lol. Oh well. Pass!

#3. Pecan Pie:

First off, I’m not a pecan person, but this bar was absolutely delicious! It only has 3 ingredients! It contains dates, pecans, and almonds. It’s slightly oily. It’s probably due to the pecans and almonds, but the oil isn’t dripping from the wrapper or anything like that. It has a creamy taste. The bars are softer. I like it a lot! I highly recommend trying this one out! NOMZ!

#4. Carrot Cake:

So, Carrot Cake sounds yummy and delicious. Real carrot cake is absolutely scrumptious. Nowadays, I don’t indulge in refined sweets anymore. I make sure I eat pure, simple ingredients. Carrot cake is good, but it didn’t taste like the real deal. There are pieces of carrots in it. I mean, I like it. It’s just not truly carrot cake. Here are the ingredients: dates, almonds, walnuts, raisins, dried pineapple, unsweetened coconut, carrots, cinnamon, extra virgin coconut oil. It’s meh.

Out of the four flavors reviewed, I liked the Pecan Pie the best. It’s sooo delicious! I didn’t expect it to be that good! Have you tried any of these flavors out before? Cashew Cookie? Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip? Pecan Pie? 😘 Carrot Cake? How about other Larabar flavors? Which ones are good? Share your experience! For more reviews on Larabars:
