Here’s my update on the first bottle of Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. I finished it. 😛
How did I drink it?
I poured some in my cup of tea, mixed it, and sipped from a straw. I highly recommend sipping from a straw due to the acidity of the organic raw apple cider vinegar.
How many times a day?
Whenever I make tea. I’ve been drinking a lot of tea lately, since it helps to soothe my throat. I have terrible allergies, so it helps to clear out the mucus. I know that sounds gross, but it’s something every person with allergies deal with. I would say about 2-4 times a day depending on my mood. I really like drinking tea. 🙂
Results
Here are my results.
Skin: I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin. It’s been the same. Maybe it’s because my complexion is fully clear. I don’t have any breakouts at the moment. My skin hasn’t been too oily lately either. It’s been good. No difference at all. Perhaps someone with active acne can chime in on this. Did it help your acne? How about acne scars? Share! It didn’t worsen my skin or cause any breakouts in my skin though. That’s good.
Hair: I didn’t use it to cleanse my hair. The smell is just way too strong for me. I don’t want to bother people I’m surrounded with. They’ll start complaining about the pungent vinegar smell, lol. I don’t want to deal with that or have to explain what that smell is/what I’m doing, LOL. I haven’t noticed hair growth or anything like that when consuming it.
Nails: I haven’t tried soaking my nails in ACV. I can see how it can help. It’s supposed to strengthen your nails, fade discolorations, and fights infections.
Digestion: Out of the above, taking in ACV has helped me a ton with digestion. When I eat a big meal in a day, consuming ACV helped break down the food much better. My belly doesn’t feel as ‘fat’. HAHA. I thought that was pretty cool.
Those are my results after the first bottle. I ordered 2 more bottles of organic raw apple cider vinegar already. I purchased 2 because I didn’t know I was going to finish a single bottle this soon. I’m excited for them! I’ll make another update after the 2nd bottle. Stay tuned for that!

I started taking Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (again). I have the brand Bragg. It’s the one ‘with the mother’. You know, with the healthy stuff floating at the bottom of the bottle. I love this stuff. It’s great for a lot of things. Here are some of the benefits of organic raw apple cider vinegar with the mother. 🙂
- Skin (good for acne). You can use it as a facial toner or ingest it. I’m not a big fan of using it as a facial toner. The smell is nauseating. Also, for me, using it as a toner irritates my skin. It may work for some but not for me. Try it for yourself. Do a patch test first. I would much rather mix it in my tea or take it straight and be done with it. I’ve been mixing organic raw apple cider vinegar in my tea. 🙂
- Hair. Good for dandruff and general hair cleansing.
- Weight loss
- Digestion
Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar have other health benefits too.
- Lowering blood pressure
- Fights diabetes
- Good against cancer
- Lowers cholesterol
Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar brings back a lot of memories. I’ve been on and off of it throughout the years. Alright! An ACV a shot a day is all I need or two. 😁 Let’s see how this goes. I’ll report back after finishing a whole bottle of it. 😉
