Garden of Life mykind Organics Prenatal Vitamins

Alright, everyone. Don’t jump to conclusions when you see that I’m going to take prenatal vitamins. Am I pregnant? Hmm. So I have 2 weeks of Garden of Life mykind Organics Women for Health, Energy, and Beauty left. I decided to switch over to prenatal vitamins afterwards. For some reason, I prefer the prenatal vitamins over the ‘regular’ vitamins. I notice that my complexion is brighter, my hair grows faster, nail growth is off the charts + feels much stronger. I see improvements much more quickly. I do have a hair, skin, and nails supplement too. But…it’s not as helpful as I hoped for. It’s good, but I really want to jump back into prenatal vitamins and see what happens. I chopped off my hair months ago, and I regret it instantly even though people liked it. Me, I just prefer long hair. There’s not much I can do with short hair. It’s just not the same. It’s not ME. I hope to achieve longer hair in a few months before my trip. I know a few months won’t be enough time, but all I can do is HOPE. :] I’m so excited for that. I hope all goes well with these vitamins. I will make an update when the time comes.
Have you tried prenatal vitamins before? Share your experience! Would love to know! 😀

I chopped off my long hair! + Hair Care Routine
Nov. 4, 2019Leave a comment
Yesterday, I thought, hey, maybe it’s time to cut off my locks. I took a pair of scissors and there you go — it happened. Yes, everyone, I cut my own hair. I’ve been doing it for years. I’ve been practicing for 10+ years already from bangs, layers, blunt cuts. People have asked, “How do you make it even?” All I can say is, practice, practice, and practice some more. If you can’t, go to the salon. 🙂

It’s not the shortest, but I think I chopped off 12+ inches of my hair! I didn’t keep track. Still, it was a lot. My head felt sooo much lighter. My hair looked cleaner. No more dry hair and split ends! I’m very happy about it! It’s much easier to wash and style too. I’m actually very excited about it. I thought about coloring my hair, but I don’t know. It’s such a huge commitment to change the color. I’ve dyed my hair blonde, ash brown, brown, blue black, red, whatever color before. It’s very high maintinence. That’s not something I want in my life right now. I want to wake up and go!
*Hare Care Routine*
Here’s my hair care routine. I use a multiple of hair care products. I don’t stick to one thing. If something doesn’t work, I just move onto something new.
I have two sets of shampoo & conditioner. The first one is…
*The Original Mane ‘n Tail Herbal Gro Shampoo & Conditioner*
It’s been about at least 1 month of using this shampoo & conditioner. I’ve been using this one more often. It’s not my favorite, but the product comes in larger bottles. I’m trying to use it all. The reason why I don’t like it that much is that it weighs my hair down. Otherwise, it does a great job at preventing my hair from breaking and moisturizes it. I’ve experienced less hair fall out after using it. I could perhaps use it 1-3 times a week and swap it with another shampoo and conditioner. This leads to my other set of shampoo & conditioner.
*Maui Moisture Detoxifying Shampoo & Conditioner*
This shampoo does a better job at removing excess oils and giving my hair more volume. I really like it. It removes oil and debris very well without stripping the hair of natural oils. The conditioner, on the other hand, it’s not for me. From my experience, it’s too heavy for my hair. It makes my hair look flat afterwards, so I only use it on my ends. I will most likely not purchase it again.
Other hair care products
*Trader Joe’s Organic Argan Oil*
I use Organic Argan Oil on my hair and skin. I only dispense 1 drop for my hair, since the oil weighs my hair down. For my skin, I dispense 1-3 drops. I like Organic Argan Oil. It hydrates my hair and skin. I just have to use it sparingly like any other oil. By the way, Organic Argan Oil is amazing at moisturizing eyelashes. I’ve noticed that my eyelashes are stronger and has lengthened! Try it!
That is my hair care routine. I hope you all enjoyed it. If you have any questions, leave a comment. Ask away! 😊
