Larabar Cashew Cookie

Here’s Cashew Cookie! Not new at all. Just giving it another go. Check out my previous review here.
Larabar Cashew Cookie:
- Just 2 Ingredients!
Nutrition Facts & Ingredients: Cashews, Dates.
Here’s my updated review on Larabar Cashew Cookie! This bar is cashew galore! It’s nutty and thick. Like before, I didn’t think it was that great. Actually, the second time around, I thought it was awful tasting. There’s not much to rave about this bar. I’ll keep it short and simple. Once again, I wouldn’t recommend Cashew Cookie to anyone. Lastly, watch out for date pits in this bar. I ran into a couple in each bar, but just took a picture of one of them (last photo). They’re hard like rocks, so be very careful and don’t cut yourself!

Larabar Coconut Cream Pie

So I’m giving the Larabar Coconut Cream Pie another chance to redeem itself. Check out my previous review right here.
Larabar Coconut Cream Pie:
- Just 5 Ingredients!
Nutrition Facts & Ingredients: Dates, Unsweetened Coconut, Almonds, Cashews, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
Here’s another heavy bar from Larabar. It’s thicker and more dense in comparison to many others. It’s made out of unsweetened coconut, nuts, and extra virgin coconut oil. The last time I had the Larabar Coconut Cream Pie, I thought it was average. Again, I still think it’s average. It tastes exactly like what’s in it. That is, coconut shreds and coconut oil. Surprisingly, there isn’t a lot of whole nuts in this bar. It’s mainly coconut shreds. The coconut oil gives it that soft and creamy texture. Well, not too smooth, but more like that oily texture that makes it smoother. As I said in my last review, it could be creamier. I think the Coconut Cream Pie would be good for coconut lovers though. Keep in mind, it’s healthier than the actual pie. For me, it’s not bad. It’s just not the best of the best. I prefer other Larabars out there.
