Remember Larabar Carrot Cake? Go here if you’ve forgotten. I’ve had this flavor before, but I thought I would give it another chance. It’s been a while since I last had one. Maybe it’ll be different this time around. Let’s go find out! First, here’s more information about the Larabar Carrot Cake!
Larabar Carrot Cake:
- Just 9 ingredients
Nutrition Facts & Ingredients: Dates, Almonds, Walnuts, Raisins, Pineapple, Unsweetened Coconut, Carrots, Cinnamon, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
I love carrot cake! I said this before in my last review. 😊 Let’s begin the review on Larabar Carrot Cake for the second time! The Larabar Carrot Cake is soft and chewy but has a nutty texture to it. Chewy carrot pieces are distributed throughout the whole bar. You will find a few whole nuts with each bite too. As for the flavor, it’s cinnamony, which I like very much. Cinnamon is so warming and adds a nice touch to almost everything. It has pineapple and raisins in it, but I didn’t like it. I like pineapples in general. I just didn’t like it in this bar for some reason. I didn’t care for the raisins either. Even though I wasn’t too ecstatic about the combination of ingredients, I still somehow managed to enjoy the Carrot Cake. The Larabar Carrot Cake wasn’t too sweet. I could actually eat it without feeling overwhelmed like the Key Lime Pie. Did it taste like real carrot cake??? Once again, I didn’t think it tasted like the real thing. Meh. Take it or leave it. At least it’s healthier. Overall, Carrot Cake makes a very light snack. It didn’t keep me full longer compared to other Larabars I’ve had before. I prefer the heavier Larabars because of that. Would I repurchase Larabar Carrot Cake again? It’s not bad, but I’m not a big fan of it. My thoughts remain the same. I guess I’ll pass.

Larabar Cinnamon Roll

I haven’t had a Larabar in ages, so I picked up a box in the Cinnamon Roll flavor. I’ve always wanted to try this flavor out. Cinnamon Roll sounds very good, and I’ve walked past it many times. Since I don’t eat cinnamon rolls anymore. You know, those fluffy bread rolls with ooey gooey frosting dripping from the sides. 🤤 Mmm, sounds sooooo yummy!! Sadly, they are not good for you. Yes, vegan cinnamon rolls do exist. It’s still junk food regardless if it’s vegan or not. So, I’m really happy that Larabar came out with the Cinnamon Roll flavor. I can officially indulge in a cinnamon roll without feeling guilty about it.
Larabar The Original Fruit & Nut Bar Cinnamon Roll:
- Gluten Free
- Dairy Free
- Soy Free
- Just 6 ingredients
Nutrition Facts & Ingredients: Dates, Walnuts, Almonds, Raisins, Cinnamon, Sea Salt. ~ I like Larabars. The ingredients are always simple and recognizable. I know exactly what I’m eating. The ingredients look natural and healthy.
The Cinnamon Roll bar looked like your typical Larabar. It is rectangular in shape. It is filled with nuts and dried fruit. On the first bite, I thought it was good. The flavor wasn’t too sweet. Just about right to satisfy my sweet tooth. There’s a touch of cinnamon to it. It is called Cinnamon Roll after all! The texture is soft, chewy with a slight crunch from the almonds and walnuts. When I was eating it, it didn’t seem like I was eating that many nuts. As you can see from the photos, there’s a good amount of nuts in it. I thought that was very interesting. Still, it was good. The final question is, “Would I purchase Larabar in Cinnamon Roll ever again?” The answer is YES!! I really liked this bar. I’m very happy with the Cinnamon Roll purchase. It turned out good. 👍😊
