I ran out of Trader Joe’s Organic Chia Seed. I didn’t buy another. Not because I didn’t like them. They worked perfectly fine. I simply wanted a larger bag that would last much longer, so I found this large bag of chia seeds on Amazon. A 2 lb bag of Viva Naturals Organic Chia Seeds! 😊 It is non-gmo, vegan, gluten-free, USDA organic, and kosher.

I love chia seeds in my smoothies and protein shakes. I’ve been using it daily in my green smoothies (now green protein smoothies). I can’t wait to start this new bag of chia seeds today! It has about 76 servings per bag. This should last me a little over 2 months or so with consistent use. I find chia seeds really good at keeping me full for hours, which is great for weight loss. After today’s workout, I had to go grocery shopping to replenish my fruits and veggies. I can’t believe my fruits and vegetables lasted longer than I expected (from last week). It’s already midweek. 😜 So, I went to grab some more bananas (always, love them!!). Also, I picked up some raspberries. I too picked up some greens. It’s a Spring Mix. These greens are sustainably grown, greenhouse protected, and non-gmo. It contains no pesticides and herbicides. It is a mix of baby varieties, such as romaine, oak, butter lettuce, and arugula. All good for you.

5+ Weeks of Drinking Green Smoothies Results:

It’s been a little over 5 weeks of drinking green smoothies. Looking back, I can’t believe how far I’ve come. I can’t believe how dedicated and committed I’ve been to achieving a clear complexion and reaching optimal health! It’s been a smooth sailing journey (thankfully).
