Updated Review: Dr G Perfect Pore Cover BB SPF PA++
Shade: I’m not a fan. At first, I thought it blended into my skin well, but it just became darker. Go here to see the shade of the BB Cream.
Texture: I love the texture. It’s soft and silky.
Finish: Dewy-finish. I dust some powder on top to control the shine.
Coverage: Light coverage…
Fragrance: Yes. It didn’t bother me.
SPF?: SPF 30 PA++ ?
Breakouts?: Yes, it broke me out. I stopped using it immediately.
Final Thoughts: This is one of the BB Creams that I really wanted to work, since I loved the texture of it. It felt really nice on my skin. It felt soft and smooth. Sadly, it didn’t. I ended up with clogged pores and inflamed pimples. I think it has to do with the amount of silicones in the product. Also, it didn’t help to control my oily skin, and I have VERY oily skin. My skin looked like an oily slick during the day with this BB Cream on (even with powder makeup). I would not recommend it to people with oily skin or anyone with acne-prone skin. Do not believe what it says on the packaging. It will not absorb excess sebum. This BB Cream is NOT good for oily, acne-prone skin.
