Cos De BAHA Niacinamide Facial Toner

I decided to try out another facial toner from Cos De BAHA. It’s the Niacinamide Facial Toner. Like the Cos De BAHA MA Peptide Toner, I’ve been using it for the same amount of time (2+ weeks).

About Cos De BAHA Niacinamide Facial Toner:

Review:

This facial toner is more watery compared to the MA Peptide Facial Toner. I’m comparing the two (even though the purpose of each facial toner are different according to the product claims) because they’re from the same brand. So, if you’re contemplating which one is right for you, I hope this review helps! Just like the MA Peptide Facial Toner, I don’t use a cotten pad. I dispense a proper amount of product into my palm and pat it into my skin. It absorbs pretty well. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed. If you have wounds or open sores on your face (ex. acne), be very careful using this toner. It may cause irritation. As for the results after 2+ weeks of using it, it hasn’t minimized my pores, helped with acne/breakouts, reduce hyperpigmentation/dark spots/scars, or premature aging. This facial toner isn’t moisturizing either. It simply just sinks into the skin. It didn’t leave my skin feeling moisturized. So, in saying that (as someone with acne-prone skin), I prefer the MA Peptide Facial Toner over the Niacinamide Facial Toner. And, I don’t really need a niacinamide toner in my skin care routine. A lot of my skin care products contain niacinamide already. I even use a serum with a higher percentage of niacinamide. I don’t think 5% has much of an effect on my skin. It was nice to try out the Niacinamide Facial Toner though, but I won’t repurchase after this.

On to the next serum from Cos De BAHA! It’s the Niacinamide 10 Serum! Here are my thoughts on it after going through several bottles of it too (just like the Vitamin C Serum)!

About Cos De BAHA Niacinamide 10 Serum:

Reveiw:

The Niacinamide Serum from Cos De BAHA is thicker in comparison to the Vitamin C Serum (from the same brand). It feels a little sticky when applying to the skin. But, it does absorb into the skin eventually. At the same time, leaving the skin feeling a tad sticky. I personally don’t like that sticky feeling. The reason why I kept on using it is because it makes my skin look brighter, and I haven’t found another niacinamide serum that works on my skin. I tried the one from The Ordinary. That serum was a huge disaster. It gave me closed comedones that damaged my overall complexion. With the cold weather arriving soon, I think I’m going to continue to use Cos De BAHA Niacinamide 10 Serum. It leaves my skin somewhat hydrated. If I find another niacinamide serum that delivers results and doesn’t leave the skin feeling sticky at all, I’ll stop using it. I think this serum is OK. It’s not the best. I just wish it didn’t leave my skin feeling sticky. I want something that fully absorbs and vanishes into the skin. Also, it didn’t clog my pores. Another reason why I kept on using it. Overall, a good skin brightener. It didn’t do much for acne, pores, and wrinkles. It loses a lot of points for making claims when I have not seen it doing much for my acne and pores. Not even wrinkles. It’s one of those skin care products where you like it or you don’t. Honestly, I’m hoping to find something better.
