Cosrx AHA BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner

I was going to do an update when I finish the whole bottle, but I decided to do another update. I’ve used 1/3 of the product. Here are my thoughts on it now! =)

This is the only AHA/BHA product I have in my skin care routine. I’ve eliminated other AHA’s for a good reason. I don’t need them right now. Maybe in the future. Just not right now. I’ll say this again because it’s true. This is a very gentle AHA and BHA. Since it’s sooo gentle, it didn’t do anything for my acne and acne marks. This seems like the type of product that could work on someone with mild acne. I don’t know. I’m just assuming. I don’t have mild acne. My acne ranges from moderate and can get severe if untreated (or if a product stops working). On my skin, I didn’t think the toner was drying. I liked it. It helped remove debris from my skin and leaving it feeling a lot cleaner after washing my face. There was no irritation and/or redness from it. I only use it once a day in the morning. It’s not necessary for me to use it twice a day. Once is good enough for my skin. It’s a good skin clarifier. At the same time, I’m just hoping…just hoping that it’ll do something for my acne. 🤞🏻 haha. I don’t love this product or hate it. We’ll see after another month or two. I’ll keep everyone updated! Look forward to another update on this product! See you all there! 🙂

Here’s my review on The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% + HA! 🙂

About The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% + HA:

Review:

With this product, I wasn’t too consistent with it. I used it for a week or two then I stopped. Not because I don’t like it. It’s because I am on another acne treatment. So what about The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% + HA??? I’m going to start off by saying that lactic acid is one of my favorite acids. I like it more than glycolic acid (which most people love). Lactic acid works on my skin. On top of that, it is gentle on my skin. It gently peels my skin. Even though this is a high strength formula (as it says on the bottle), in my opinion, I didn’t think it was that strong. That’s not a bad thing. The formula still worked for me. This is one of the products from The Ordinary that I really like. Currently, I’m trying to figure out when to incorporate into my skin care routine because I’m on another acne treatment. And I don’t want to dry out my skin. Read more about what I’m doing here. Would I recommend The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% + HA? Yep! It’s a good product plus it’s afforable. Lasts forever too! Also, it didn’t clog my pores! 👍🏻
